Appcodecraft grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use our applications strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Appcodecraft only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Appcodecraft, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the apps and the content thereof.

• For iOS Users: You must comply with the App Store Terms of Service.
• For Android Users: You must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service.

Certain apps may allow you to create, store, or share content (such as links, documents, or settings). You retain all rights to the content you create. However, you agree not to use our Services to store or transmit any illegal, offensive, or harmful content. Appcodecraft is not responsible for any data loss that may occur on your local device.

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the Services (including the Appcodecraft brand, logos, and app designs) are owned by Zaryab. The provision of our Services does not transfer to you or any third party any rights, title, or interest in or to such intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the apps or any service to which they connect, with or without notice and without liability to you. We may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the apps, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Appcodecraft or its developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sindh, Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
